Halloween Festivities at ROOF on theWit and State & Lake Chicago Tavern

theWit Hotel kicks off its Halloween festivities with two events including a Thriller-Themed Halloween Party and exclusive movie screening of IT at ROOF on theWit. In addition, their gastropub, State and Lake Chicago Tavern, will offer a Halloween Beer and Candy Flight, available beginning October 26 through October 31.

Those looking to celebrate the scariest holiday of the year 27 stories above it all, are invited to attend ROOF on theWit’s Halloween Thriller-themed Halloween Party on Friday, October 26. Doors open at 9 p.m. and will feature PANIC CITY mixing beats throughout the evening, along with a thrilling Michael Jackson performance. Attendees are encouraged to strut their best costumes for a chance to win four tickets to ROOF’s New Year’s Eve Party (priced at a $1,000 value).  Reservations are not required, but highly encouraged.  Guests can RSVP on Eventbrite (https://thrilleronroof.eventbrite.com) to receive a discounted cover charge.  

Additionally, enter if you dare the following evening, Saturday, October 27, and enjoy live music and DJ entertainment, open to the public beginning at 11:30 p.m.

ROOF on theWit will also screen IT on Halloween night, Wednesday, October 31 beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m. Movie goers will enjoy complimentary popcorn throughout the film, along with a special “IT”-themed cocktail for an additional cost. Plus, moviegoers should be on the lookout for a surprise appearance from the clown, Pennywise.
