Gyuro Ramen gears-up for cold weather, with two new hearty winter specials.
Curry Ramen --featuring a light shoyu broth with Japanese curry, homemade noodles. Corn, red onions, wakame, narutomaki, onsen tamago, and scallions. Topped with choice of beef cha shu, Wagyu misuji or tofu. Vegetarian or vegan option available as well.
Wagyu Curry Don -- rice bowl featuring cubed Japanese A5 Wagyu, pan-seared with red onions in a creamy curry sauce. Topped with melted Swiss cheese, onsen tamago, red ginger, edible gold leaf garnish. Served over white rice, with a side of dashi broth.
Opened earlier this year in the West Loop, by the same team behind Strings Ramen. Gyuro specializes in gyukotsu ramen (creamy beef bone broth).Featuring Gyuro's homemade ramen noodles, along with a menuof beef-centric options like Wagyu Truffle Wontons, Angus Sirloin with garlic-citrus sauce, Beef Short Rib Rice Bowls and more. There's also a variety of seafood and other non-beef options.
