Guzman y Gomez is now offering their Cali Burrito at all four of their locations (Naperville, Schaumburg, Crystal Lake and Buffalo Grove). This menu item features a flour tortilla, lightly toasted and ready to roll, along with tangy, seasoned GYG Fries as the base. Patrons are then invited to create and curate their burritos with their go-to fillings of choice (The head chef recommends the Slow Cooked Beef), topped with Tomatillo, their fresh house-made Pico de Gallo, and a sprinkling of Jack cheese. For the finale, they top it off with a drizzle of sour cream and guacamole made daily.
