Goose Island Debuts Burger Collab with Shea Coulee

This month the Goose Island Clybourn Brewhouse has partnered with Shea Coulee to release the seventh burger in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series, the Shea Coulee Burger. Chef Henry, of Goose Island, worked closely with Shea, to create the burger that is equal parts delicious and fierce.

The burger is a house-made short rib burger that has a little bit of everything – Lolita poached egg, sweet & spicy candied bacon confetti, avocado and chipotle aioli all on a Kuro sesame bun. The burger is served with sweet potato tots and of course, a Shea Coul-Alé. Limited edition coozies are also available on a first come first served basis.

The Shea Coulee Burger is available now at the Goose Island Clybourn Brewhouse and throughout the month of June. Proceeds from the Shea Coulee burger will benefit Brave Space Alliance, the first Black-led, trans-led, LGBTQ+ Center located on the South Side of Chicago.
