Goose Island Debuts Burger Collab with House of Vans

Goose Island's final burger of the year in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series is the House of Vans Burger. Chef Henry and Steve Van Doren got together over a beer and came up with the ultimate comfort burger to end the year. The House of Vans burger is a house-made short rib burger topped with Bourbon County Stout chili and aged cheddar on a buttery brioche bun. The burger comes with a side of sweet potato waffle fries and is served in the classic Vans shoebox with a pint of My Life lager in an exclusive House of Vans x Goose Island glass.

Proceeds from our December collab will benefit Grocery Run Club, a community driven initiative that partners with organizations to supply fresh produce and everyday necessities to under-served neighborhoods in Chicago.

The burger is now available through the end of the month and the first 75 people will receive a swag bag courtesy of Steve.
