Goose Island Debuts Burger Collab with Big Mich

Goose Island has launched the next entry in their Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series – the Big Mich Burger.

Inspired by two Chicago institutions: al pastor tacos and Italian beef sandwiches, Chef Henry and the crew at Big Mich came up with this big, bold, sweet and savory burger and michelada combo. The Big Mich Burger starts with a caramelized al pastor pork burger served on a telera bun with queso cheese sauce and crumbled chicharron finished how you like -  sweet or hot style. Served with a side of guajillo au jus, Mexican style street corn and a Big Mich michelada made with Big Game Hunters. 

Proceeds from the Big Mich Burger will go to La Casa Norte whose mission is to serve families confronting homelessness. They provide access to stable housing and deliver comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities.

The Big Mich Burger will be available at the Clybourn Brewhouse throughout the month of July.
