Goose Island Bringing ‘Pot of Gold’ Treasure Hunt To Chicago This 312 Day

To celebrate Goose Island’s ‘totally real, made up’ holiday on March 12th and St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago, Goose Island will be secretly dropping ‘pot of gold’ posters with golden coins all around town for a chance for Chicagoans to win prizes. It’s simple, find a gold coin on the poster and you could be a lucky winner.

Here’s how it works: Goose Island posters will be dispersed around the city the week before 312 Day. On the eve of 312 Day, golden coins will then be added to the posters where lucky finders will be able to peel it off and see if they are a winner - but you don’t know what you’ve won until you redeem at the taproom. Goose Island will have a real-time pot of gold tracker available on 312 Day so anyone can follow along as well.

Prizes for the treasure hunt include 50 Goose Island branded road bikes and a Grand Prize of a one 14k gold bar (valued at $10,000).

Additionally, Goose Island is also celebrating all over the city with live music and taproom exclusives.
