Cantina Laredo in River North has teamed up with Goose Island Beer Company for a modern Mexican beer dinner on Saturday, May 25. Starting at 7 p.m., guests will enjoy a 312 Urban Wheat Ale welcome brew, followed by a four course menu crafted by Chef Daniel Espinoza. The menu features Mexican Waldorf salad (paired with Next Coast IPA), crispy pork belly al pastor (paired with Matilda), tequila cured whole grilled snapper (paired with Hombre Secreto) and a dessert “beer shake" made with SPF fruit ale.
This interactive event will be led by Chef Daniel Espinoza and a representative from Goose Island Beer Company. The fee to participate is $49.99 per person.
