VU Rooftop Bar is celebrating rooftop season by unveiling their Happy Hour offerings.
From Mondays through Thursdays from 4-6 pm, patrons can enjoy $5 bites, including their signature Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders,Korean Beef Sliders with Kimchi, and Oysters Rockefeller.
Plus, guests can pair their light bites with $8 glasses of wine and a Cocktail of the Day, that include signature cocktails on rotation such as Vodka #2,with Door County Cherry, orange liqueur, peach cordial and topped with prosecco; Gin #1, complete with Alpine Liqueur, Vermouth Bianco, citrus, aloe and cucumber; and Rye #1, with Sweet Vermouth, Sarsaparilla, Bitters, and Cherrywood Essence.
