On Monday, February 25, Giant Chefs Jason Vincent and Ben Lustbader will share the kitchen with their friend Mason Hereford, the chef behind two New Orlean’s restaurants, Turkey & The Wolf and Molly’s Rise and Shine.
The Giant team first met Mason and his kitchen crew back in 2017 at bon appetit magazine’s “BA Hot 10 Party,” where both restaurants were honored as two of the 10 Best New Restaurants in the America. Known for his playful presentation Mason has been mentioned by the likes of Food & Wine, GQ, and the James Beard Foundation.
Mason and his team will travel from the Bayou to prepare some of their signature dishes including Fried Pot Pie and two sandwiches, his Collard Green Melt and Fried Bologna. In addition to the Turkey & Wolf specials, Giant will offer their winter menu, with all dishes served a la carte.
