The West Town restaurant offers sushi classes on the third Wednesday of every month, giving guests a chance to learn techniques from Executive Chef Joseph Fontelera. With additional dates for the holiday season, sushi classes will take place on November 21, December 2 and December 19 at 6:30 p.m.
This hour demonstration by Arami's Chef Joseph Fontelera includes hands-on (edible) maki and temaki instructional followed by a three course prix fixe: Chef's choice sashimi & nigiri, tokubetsu maki, and dessert.
