Gangnam Market, located at 1001 West Chicago Ave., Chicago, will celebrate Lunar New Year with a weekend event on Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26. The celebration will feature activities, performances, and offerings throughout the market and its six-stall Asian-themed food hall with a full bar.
The event will include complimentary food and drink samplings from market vendors and special sale discounts available throughout the store. Yu's Lion Dance Sports Association of Chicago will perform traditional lion dances accompanied by drummers at 1 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday.
