The Schneider Deli Guest Chef Sandwich Series will kick off its third month with chef Zach Engel (Galit). Each month, Schneider Deli collaborates with a guest chef to create a sandwich available for one month only. A portion of proceeds go to a charity of the chef's choice. Past months have included Soo Ahn/Adalina and Paul Virant/Gaijin.
The November sandwich is a Harvest Lamb Shawarma (Lamb Shawarma, Butternut Squash Baba, Chile Pomegranate Cabbage Salad, Tomato on an Onion Roll) for $24. 10% of sandwich sales will go to chef Zach's charity choice: CHADD which helps to improve the lives of people with ADHD.
