From 7 PM-9 PM on Thursday, March 30th, guests can experience a one-time collaboration dinner by attending Frontier's (1072 N. Milwaukee Ave) March Smoke Sessions Series event where Frontier’s Chef Jupiter, will be joined by Chef Lee Wolen. The executive chef at Boka, Lee has been nominated as a finalist for James Beard Award’s “Best Chef: Great Lakes” in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. His restaurant, Boka, was named a James Beard Award Semifinalist in 2020 for "Outstanding Restaurant” and has maintained a MICHELIN star from 2011 to 2022.
For $78 a person, attendees will receive four wines and four dishes from the chefs’ specially curated menu. While guests are mingling and sipping wine pours on Frontier’s beer garden, Chef Jup and Chef Lee will be presenting, preparing, and plating their dishes, such as Smoked Beef Cheek and Smoked BBQ Beets (among others), for guests.
