Frontier’s July Smoke Sessions event will be happening on Thursday, July 13th from 7pm - 9pm where guests will be able to experience and taste a curated menu (4 dishes and 4 cocktails) crafted by two Midwest chefs. Joining forces this month will be Frontier’s Chef Brian Jupiter and James Galbraith (owner and chef of Michigan’s New American restaurant, Houndstooth, and Tex-Mex restaurant, Anemel).

While guests are mingling and sipping cocktails on Frontier’s beer garden, Chef Jup and Chef James will be presenting, preparing, and plating items like Diablo prawns, Morita steak, smoked chicken empanadas, and chocolate tres leches for guests.
