From 7 PM-9 PM on Thursday, November 3rd, guests can experience a one-time collaboration dinner by attending Frontier Chicago's (1072 N. Milwaukee Ave) fourth Smoke Sessions Series event where Frontier’s Executive Chef, Brian Jupiter, will be joined by Julius Russell, the owner of A Tale of Two Chefs where he provides private chef and specialty catering services.
For $68 a person, attendees will receive 4 cocktails and 4 dishes from the chefs’ specially curated menu. While guests are mingling and sipping Zamora cocktails on Frontier’s beer garden, Chef Jup and Chef Julius will be presenting, preparing, and plating Smoked Duck Carnitas, Smoked Lamb Belly, Carolina Smoked Boar, and Applewood Smoked Beef Shank with Beef Tallow Potatoes for the guests to indulge in.
