Available late September, Thresh & Winnow will debut with a limited edition 10-Year-Old Rye Whiskey, and a Single Malt Whiskey. The whiskies will be followed in October by two gins, Foret and Citrine, inspired by Japan’s celebrated flavors of Shiso and Yuzu respectively.  

Thresh & Winnow Organic 10-Year-Old 100% Rye Whiskey is a whiskey crafted from organic rye that has aged in the Midwest. Its nose is a mix of freshly cracked pepper and sun dried apricot, including velvety vanilla and a hint of dark chocolate.

Thresh & Winnow Organic Single Malt Whiskey is crafted from 100% organic malted barley, this whiskey provides roasted grains, acacia honey, and chestnut cream. On the palate, butter toffee and caramel fudge mingle. 

"These are exquisite whiskeys in taste and aroma and the bottle is going to be a treasured souvenir worth keeping long after the last drop. Every year we hope to bring another unique, albeit limited edition, to this beautiful whiskey line. The gins however will be available year round,” Thresh and Winnow’s President, Dr. Sonat Birnecker Hart shared. 

The Thresh & Winnow Organic 10-Year-Old 100% Rye Whiskey and Organic Single Malt Whiskey will be available this late September in Illinois and will have a limited roll out across the USA. You can pick them up at the KOVAL Store, located at 4241 N. Ravenswood Ave, Chicago.
