Cantina Laredo will launch three new cocktails for the winter season. Starting on Tuesday, January 1, the River North restaurant will feature "Fresh en Fuego" libations garnished with grilled citrus fruit, including: Charred Pineapple Lemonade (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, pineapple and lemon juice, Liber & Co. Orgeat Syrup, Monin Bloody Orange Syrup, with cinnamon sugar rim and grilled pineapple slice, $10); Grilled Orange Margarita (Cabo Wabo Silver Tequila, Tuaca Originale Italiano, orange and lime juice, Monin Honey Syrup, garnished with grilled orange slice, $11) and Grilled Grapefruit Paloma (Hornitos Plata Tequila, Cointreau, fresh grapefruit and lime juice, Monin Agave Nectar and Sprite, garnished with grilled grapefruit, $11).
