III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting event on Wednesday, February 1. Starting at 5 p.m., wine specialist Jessica Marshall-Bruckner will lead participants through a sampling of six selections from France (outlined below) paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by Executive Chef Cedric Harden.
