Flight Club Chicago, overlooking Wacker & Clark at the Chicago River, unveiled a new cocktail menu including a selection of spirit-free options. The all-new cocktails on offer in The Loop venue include:
LAVENDER LEMONADE: Empress Gin, lavender and lemon tonic
ESPRESSO OLD FASHIONED: Woodfood Reserve Bourbon, espresso, vanilla and chocolate bitters
LADYBIRD: Planteray Rum, hibiscus, lime watermelon and egg white
OAXACAN SEAGLASS: House-infused green chili Mezcal, lychee, lime and ginger
BRAMBLE SPRITZ: Prosecco, St. Germain, blackberry, lemon and soda
SNAPDRAGON: Ketel One Grapefruit-Rose, guava, lychee, lime and dragon fruit
BEE STING: Bulleit Bourbon, hot honey, lemon and apricot
CUCUMBER COVE: Corazón Blanco, ginger beer and cucumber
Mocktail option: MIDWAY SPLASH: Seedlip Grove 42, pineapple and lemon tonic
All cocktails can be crafted non-alcoholic upon request.
