Chefs Stephanie Izard and Paul Kahan have combined forces to curate a festival this fall in Fulton Market.
On Sunday, October 2 from 11a.m. to 9p.m., local breweries and restaurants will take over Fulton Market Street for an all-day festival highlighting the neighborhood’s diverse culinary talents with live cooking demonstrations, copious amounts of food and drink, and musical performances from bands such as JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound.
Multiple West Loop/Fulton Market restaurants have signed on to participate including Au Cheval, The Betty, Girl & the Goat, El Ché Bar, Duck Duck Goat, Haymarket, bellyQ, Bar Siena, Green Street Smoked Meats, Publican Quality Meats and more. Same goes for the beer with Goose Island, Boulevard Brewing Company, Bell’s, Founders Brewing and Virtue Cider all on-board.
Also unique to this festival will be chef demos, including Edward Lee of Louisville’s 610 Magnolia, Sarah Gruenberg of Monteverde and, of course, Stephanie and Paul.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale now for $25 and include $20 worth of food and drink tickets, a custom glass beer stein, and admission into the festival grounds. For more information and to purchase tickets, please check out the festival’s website here: www.FultonMarketHarvestFest.com.
