Hearth restaurant, located at The Homestead Hotel in Evanston, will hold a fireside cocktail class on Thursday, January 21. Starting at 6:30 p.m.,
beverage director Ryan Scheler will lead participants through a spirits
sampling, followed by a demonstration and tasting of three
lovely libations: Hearth Manhattan; Sparkling Blue; and Fireside Punch
(outlined below). The participation fee of $20 per person
includes appetizers crafted by Chef John "Woody" Linton and cocktail
recipe cards to take home.
Hearth's
fireside cocktail class will be held in The Lounge, a sunken living room
area complete with marble fireplace, dark wood bar and cozy leather
