On Thursday, August 1st, Fioretta's 13th-floor rooftop, The Penthouse will host a wine reception from 5:30-7:30pm. The evening features unlimited tastings of three vintage wines from the PerUs portfolio, paired with bites from the Fioretta team. 

The experience will be led by Russell Bevan, a Napa Valley winemaker. The evening’s menu will feature dishes like Duck Confit Creme Brûlée, Wagyu Beef Tartar Cannoli, and Oak Roasted Lamb Chops, paired with PerUs wines including the Lyla Red Blend and Bryn Cabernet Sauvignon.

After the tasting, guests will be provided live music, and a cash bar on the rooftop. Tickets can be purchased on Tock.
