Fioretta announces a new menu offer from Executive Chef Joe Rizza - the Prime Rib Sunday Supper. The cut of beef is slow-roasted over Fioretta’s custom built solid-fueled hearth. Guests can go with the 16 oz. Marilyn Cut, or the 24 oz. Sinatra Cut, both served with an au jus and horseradish, served a la carte or family style. A twist to this Prime Rib, are the additions available to enhance the experience. Additions include: 

  • Bearnaise 
  • Bordelaise 
  • King Crab Oscar 
  • Cold-Water Lobster Tail 
  • Gorgonzola Fondue 
  • Foie Gras & Shallot Bordelais 

The Prime Rib Sunday Supper is available every Sunday whiles supplies last.
