The Schaumburg location will host a two-day “Breaking Down the Brisket Workshop” on June 17 and 18 at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and a “Hands On Steaks” class on June 25 at 9:30 a.m. The Lombard will offer the “Hands On Steaks” class on June 18 at 9:30 a.m. Reservations are required.
