  • Pendry Chicago

Offer dad a Wagyu Beef Burger, cooked to order and served on a toasted sesame bun with a side of herb-seasoned fries and his choice from a selection of bottled & draft beers for $28. Afterwards, take the elevator up to the 24th floor and continue the celebration at Chateau Carbide where Dad can partake Chateau’s weekday French Apero, featuring half-priced seasonal bites, bottles of absinthe, and mixologist-selected flights. Venteux offers bottomless beer pours for $18/per person, and a selection of vintage wines or Champagnes. Choose from a seafood tower from the restaurant’s raw bar or Executive Chef Marcel Heiduk’s take on a classic Dad dish: Chef’s hearty Steak & Eggs features tender hanger steak, perfectly roasted potatoes, braised tomatoes, and two eggs cooked to order for just $29.   • Prime & Provisions

Prime & Provisions is celebrating Father’s Day with its à la carte dinner menu served as early as 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 16. The menu features a selection of bites like grilled king crab and seared foie gras. The first course includes options such as a shellfish tower, charred octopus, and roasted bone marrow. The second course offers a variety of soups and salads, including the New England clam chowder and a classic wedge salad. For the main course, guests can choose from an array of wet and dry-aged steaks, as well as seafood options like Alaskan king crab legs. A variety of sides, including sautéed broccoli and parmesan cheddar potato gratin, will complement the meal, with enhancements like béarnaise and truffle butter available to elevate the dining experience. On Sunday, June 16, The Dearborn will be offering both dinner and cocktail specials, like a “choose-your-own-adventure” plate of either Grilled Pork Chop, Smoked Beef Ribs or a Housemade Spicy Pork Sausage served with all the fixin’s - coleslaw, jalapeño cornbread and bourbon baked beans. For something more indulgent, Chef Aaron is offering the Smoked BBQ Platter as well, which includes all the proteins and sides in one shareable platter. Beverage Director Sarah Clark has also put together a specialty cocktail for dads, introducing the “Go Ask Your Mother…” made with Uncle Nearest Whiskey, Old Overholt Rye, Brandy, Lemon, Amaro, Averna, Giffard Banane du Bresil and a Blueberry Basil Hot Honey.   • Michael Jordan's Steak House Chicago

For Father’s Day dinner, the restaurant will be offering a special 34 oz Tomahawk Ribeye with Baked Stuffed Bone Marrow Mashed Potatoes. Pair it with a specially curated Tobacco Old Fashioned. The steakhouse has curated two experiences for Father’s day. For those who want to experience Maple at home, purchase their grill kit that feeds up to 4 people for $375. This kit features Meats By Linz Bone-in Ribeye and NY Strip steaks, paired with Maple’s Beef’d Up Butter complete with fresh asparagus, whipped potatoes, and an Old Fashioned cocktail, all packed in a branded cooler backpack. Order via Sevenrooms to pick up on Maple’s first floor between 2pm-4pm Friday and Saturday. 

Maple & Ash will also offer a prix-fixe father’s day brunch from 10am to 2:45pm, adults can dine for $160 and kids for $65. Maple & Ash’s main dining room will be open from 5pm to 9:30pm for regular service and 8Bar will be open from 10am to 9:30pm regular service.   • Adorn Bar & Restaurant

Adorn will serve an à la carte brunch menu with brunch specials, along with a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary menu featuring a variety of garnishes for Dad to create a Bloody Mary.   • Cody's Public House

Cody’s in Lakeview West hosts their U.S. Open watch party on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16 beginning at 11 a.m. The event will feature a raffle to win a Maestro Dobel PGA golf bag and foursome to Cog Hill Golf Course in Lemont. A themed cocktail menu will include a $7 Tito's John Daly, an $8 Proper 12 Mulligan Mule with cranberry and ginger beer, and an $8 Maestro Dobel Birdie Spritz along with $5 Goose Island pints.

The U.S. Open will be broadcast on 16 TVs including six in Cody’s dog-friendly beer garden which is also equipped with darts and bean bags. For reservations, email events@codyschicago.com.

  • The Graystone Tavern

Graystone Tavern in Wrigleyville will host a weekend watch party for the 2024 U.S. Open starting Thursday, June 13 and culminating with a golf bag giveaway on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16. The golf championship will be shown on 16 TVs with sound on throughout Graystone including six TVs in the weatherproofed outdoor beer garden. Guests will receive free raffle tickets daily for prizes including a foursome at Cog Hill Golf Course (Sunday), Maestro Dobel golf bag (Sunday), TravisMathew polos and hats, and more.

  • Wake 'n Bacon

Chicagoans can treat Dad to a special brunch or dinner all weekend at Wake ‘n Bacon. The brunch spot in East Lakeview will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Father’s Day. As a special treat, Wake ‘n Bacon will offer a $15 Burger and Shot combo featuring the Wake ‘n Bacon Burger paired with a shot of Cutty Sark Scotch available all day.

The Wake ‘n Bacon Burger features an all beef patty, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, chipotle mayo, mustard pickles, and house-made bacon jam on a bun. Weather permitting, guests can use the dog-friendly outdoor area featuring two swing tables with seating for four guests per table. Full food and drink menus are available.

  • aliveOne

This Father’s Day, guests can treat Dad to a free comedy show at aliveOne while sipping on $4 bartender’s choice beverages. From 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., the Living Room Sessions, a comedy open mic that invites amateur comedians, or maybe Dad, to take a shot at the stage. Sign up starts at 5:15 p.m. Following Living Room Sessions, CRUSHES comedy kicks off at 8:30 p.m. featuring a stand up showcase with some of Chicago's best comics. 

Guests can kick off the evening with half-price happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and challenge Dad to a game of pool, free all night.

  • Sweet Mandy B's

  • The Rambler Kitchen + Tap

The Rambler Kitchen + Tap in North Center will host a U.S. Open Championship Watch Party beginning at 11 a.m. Guests can treat dad to lunch and catch all the golf action on 24 big screen TVs with sound throughout the bar with menu items like The Rambler burger with two 4-ounce Slagel Family Farms griddled patties, grilled onion, brick cheese, and house made special sauce served on a brioche bun ($16) or Italian Beef Egg Rolls with Chicago-style Italian beef, provolone, and giardiniera wrapped in a crispy wonton deep fried and served with au jus.

  • Yardbird Chicago

For $67 dollars per person Yardbird has created a family-style menu of southern classics including their St Louis Short Ribs, Mac & Cheese, and their Chicken & Waffles. Guests can also select add ons like Tenders & Caviar or a slice of Bourbon Bacon Chocolate Cake. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

  • Hard Rock Cafe 

This Father’s Day, the restaurant is offering a special limited-time menu featuring the Steak Frites entrée and the Smoked Old Fashioned cocktail. The Steak Frites, priced at $35.99, includes an 8 oz. New York Strip Steak grilled and served atop crispy fries with roasted garlic aioli, and finished with a bourbon coffee mushroom sauce and chives. The Smoked Old Fashioned, a $15.00 cocktail is crafted with wood-smoked High West Whiskey, house-made brown sugar simple syrup, cherry bitters, and a Filthy Cherry.   • Jaleo by José Andrés

Jaleo by José Andrés has Father’s Day options with their Take-Out Feast for Four ($200), available for pickup and delivery. The options brings the Jaleo experience home with tapas to share, served alongside your choice of paella and arroces. The meal features Paella, a selection of Ibérico Meats, Pan con Tomate, Plato de Queso Manchego, Patatas Bravas, Gambas al Ajillo, Ensalada y Manzanas con Manchego, and two desserts: Tarta de Queso and Flan.   • The Bassment

The Bassment is hosting a special Father's Day Hennessy Whiskey Tasting event on June 13, the Thursday before Father’s Day. Guests will be treated to a welcome “Hennessy Sidecar” cocktail followed by a tasting of five Hennessy whiskeys, each showcasing its own character and flavor profile. In addition, all guests will receive a giveaway bag that includes a cigar for Dad. Priced at $20 per person, tickets are available via Eventbrite. 

  • UMMO and Tzuco

Ummo will be featuring Ribeye con L’osso - a 50-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye with bone marrow, potatoes, charred radicchio and ten-year-aged balsamic.

Both restaurants will also offer a special for dessert: CIGAR, a dark chocolate cigar filled with bourbon cream, vanilla, and tonka bean toffee, accompanied by a cinnamon sponge cake for dessert. And a special Father’s Day Cocktail Dessert Pairing: Manhattan Fog at Ummo’s featuring Maker’s Mark 46 whiskey, smoked tea-infused vermouth, and bitters; El Jefe’s Margarita at Tzuco made of Yola mezcal, Cointreau Noir, agave, lime, and orange juice.

  • Tanta

Tanta celebrates Dad with a Steak Special featuring a 45-day dry-aged Porterhouse 28 oz served with truffle papas huancaina potatoes, huacatay, and chimichurri. Drink specials include a Cusquena Peruvian Lager, Casa Humilde Maizal, and Andean Old Fashioned.

  • The Smith

Treat Dad to a seafood feast with their Royale seafood platter, featuring shrimp cocktails, oysters, and salmon tartare, or the Grand seafood platter, which includes oysters, chilled shrimp, and spicy salmon tartare. Nisos is offering a special way to celebrate Father’s Day with a four-course prix fixe menu priced at $110 per person. The evening's offerings include a choice of appetizers: Shrimp Cocktail, American Wagyu Carpaccio, Octopus with fingerling potatoes and Mediterranean salsa macha, or Bucatini Cacio & Pepe with summer truffle. For the second course, choose between a classic Wedge Salad or a Caesar Salad. From June 10 to June 16, City Works Eatery & Pour House is celebrating dads by offering a Bites and Brews Flight which includes Pretzel Bites, Smoked Chicken Wings, Mini Cheddar Burger and Snickers Pie Shooter. City Works also offers 90 local and global craft beers on tap with 30+ taps dedicated to local breweries.

  • Amerikas

Dads will be treated to half-off Amerikas’ Ancestral Old Fashioned, which features Amerikas-brand Smoked Mezcal, demerara, orange bitters and aromatic bitters. The restaurant will also be offering a special Tomahawk Steak, a dish only available on Sunday, June 16.

  • Truluck's Rosemont
