Experience "A Taste of New Orleans" at The Chicago Firehouse! On Fat Tuesday, February 28, the South Loop-located restaurant will channel The Big Easy with a night of Louisiana-style eats and beats. From 5-10 p.m., Chef John Caputo will offer a bevy of specials, including Louisiana gumbo, jambalaya, voodoo shrimp with red beans and rice, oyster po' boy sandwich, chocolate beignets and bananas Foster (menu detailed below). Guests may enjoy classic Mardi Gras cocktails (French 75; Hurricane; Sazerac; Vieux Carre) while listening to The Myles & Mandy Jazz Band perform New Orleans inspired jazz favorites from 6-10 p.m.
