The Farmheads Group, which includes Farm Bar Lakeview, Farmhouse Evanston and Brown Dog Farm have announced the launch of their very own BubblyBee, a sparkling wine crafted with honey directly sourced from the Brown Dog Farm’s 50 beehives in Wisconsin, this Earth Day, April 22. The new wine has notes of pear and quince on the nose with tasting notes of apricot, pear, white grape and honeysuckle and will be available in an 8oz pour for $8 at Farm Bar Lakeview and Farmhouse Evanston just in time for summer sipping.
For the debut of their BubblyBee wine, Farm Bar Lakeview and Farmhouse Evanston will be donating a portion of the proceeds sold on April 22 to Driftless Area Land Conservancy, whose mission is to maintain and enhance the health, diversity and beauty of Southwest Wisconsin's natural and agricultural landscape through permanent land protection and restoration.
