FARE will open their first standalone restaurant serving seasonal, sustainable and dietary restriction-friendly bowls, toasts, baked goods and coffee at 71 S Wacker on August 18th. To celebrate their opening, they are offering a free bowl to any guest that downloads and presents the FARE app in-store on August 17.

  • The brainchild of Kasia Bednarz and Brini deLeon, the dine-in and takeaway spot’s bright herbaceous menu is rich in plants and environmentally sustainable with robust vegan and gluten-free options.
  • FARE will launch with delivery to the wider Chicago community with ordering right on the FARE app. 
  • The coffee program features Passion House coffee, espresso and nitro cold brew as well as Rishi single origin matcha, tea and chai. The menu also features Publican Quality Bread'sHoney Wheat Croissant, Kouign Amann, seasonal Danish and Chocolate Brioche Morning Bun. 
  • FARE originally launched at Wells Street Market (which closed during the pandemic) and have been offering their line of prepared foods and pantry staples at Dom's Markets, Local Foods and Urban Market as they built the new store. They recently opened an outpost with a limited menu at From Here On food hall at the Old Post Office.
  • The free bowl promotion is valid in-store only at 71 S Wacker on August 17 from 11:30am to 1:30pm. One-time use only. Must present FARE app account on mobile phone at time of purchase.
