Fajita Factory, the Latin restaurant and lounge located in Lakeview, has launched new dining deals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5-10 p.m.
Every Monday, Fajita Factory offers an array of empanadas for $1 each (regularly $3.50). Empanada selections include beef and cheese, smoked chicken, Hawaiian, smoked BBQ brisket, kale and chickpea, buffalo chicken and loaded potato.
"Two-fer Tuesdays" features two-for-one fajitas served on sizzling skillets, including grilled marinated chicken breast, grilled marinated steak, southwest seasoned shrimp, veggie, kickin' Korean chicken, Mongolian grilled steak, Cowboy ranch chicken, and Sriracha shrimp (regularly priced at $14-$17). Fajitas may be enjoyed in their traditional format with warm tortillas, or can be prepared as a low carb salad.
On Wednesdays, the restaurant offers large-format margaritas for just $5 each (regularly $9-$10). Guests may choose from traditional, habanero, or mango margaritas served in 20 ounce vessels (available frozen or on the rocks).
