Owner Amy Morton & James Beard Award-winning Chef Debbie Gold have announced the reopening of Found Kitchen + Social House in Evanston on Thursday, May 27! Morton & Chef Gold have worked tirelessly to reopen their doors and the timing couldn't be more perfect with the weather warming up!

MENU
Holding true to their farm-to-table & sustainability-based concept, Chef Debbie makes the almighty vegetable the star of her plates while incorporating her favorite culinary inspirations from her travels through Asia. New dishes include: Toasted Cabbage & Sunchoke Chips, shallots, mint, basil, peanuts and Thai dressing; Korean Fried Chicken Thighs, sticky soy potatoes, quick cabbage kimchi; Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts; Roasted Werp Farm Carrots, potato gnocchi, pumpkin seed, carrot top pesto; Red Beets, yogurt, hazelnuts and arugula; Nichols Farm Bounty, purple, green and watermelon radish crudites, whipped chive creme fraiche and Roasted Cauliflower, black garlic spring onion soubise.

OUTDOOR PATIO & COCKTAIL CARAFES....for TWO!

NEW Double Seater Egg Chairs are a perfect addition to Found's outdoor patio...and an ode to Amy's grandfather Morton C. Morton, who had similar seating at his 1930's restaurant (Amy also has them at Found's counter!). And Cocktail Carafes anyone? Found will feature both whole and 1/2 carafes featuring some of their favorite cocktails made with a mixture of spirits, fruit shrubs and house made syrups. Rotating every week, they're kicking off with Strawberry Lavender and Raspberry Peppercorn, both super refreshing punches with a hint of fizz!
