ENO Wine Room Presents ENOversity 2015

Where: ENO Wine Bar at the InterContinental Hotel (505 N. Michigan Ave.)

If your New Year's resolution is to learn more about wine, you're in luck! ENO Wine Room is excited to announce its line-up for ENOversity in 2015, a monthly event series where guests can explore and taste wines from different wine-producing regions around the world. At each class, guests will be able to sample and learn more about a flight of five unique wine varieties. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2015, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes lead by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers. The monthly line-up for ENOversity 2015 includes:

January 18: Fortified Wine
February 22: Syrah Wine
March 22: Organic and Biodynamic Wine
April 19: Wine Tasting 101
May 17: Women in Wine
June 28: The Noble Varietals
July 19: Mediterranean Wine
August 23: Wine of Argentina and Chile
September 20: Wine of the Loire
October 18: Pacific Northwest Wine
November 15: Wine of Spain and Portugal
December 13: Sparking Wine 101

The wines at each ENOversity will be paired with ENO's selection of cheese and charcuterie, as well as chocolate from favorite local chocolatiers. At the end of the evening, each guest will leave with a bottle of wine from the tasting.
