Gold Coast

  • Dearly Beloved

Priced at $21, this caffeine lover's libation is made with tenjaku vodka, good liquorworks coffee fruit vodka, big shoulder’s espresso, mascarpone, faretti biscotti liqueur and topped with a biscotti tuile. "It's a functional interpretation of a biscotti, using almonds, cocoa, and milk chocolate in a crispy tuile cookie," says Dearly Beloved Pastry Chef Steve Laydon. "This allows me to make it easier to eat and more sculptural than a true biscotti. Plus, this is also the chocolate presence for the whole cocktail."
