Verzênay Chicago serves the "Palais des Thés" brand of French teas. Some of the signature teas include “Blue of London” - A blend that combines Yunnan, a black tea, with fresh, bergamot. Chai Imperial- Inspired by the Indian tradition of spiced tea, this is a black tea with a blend of green cardamom, pink peppercorns, cinnamon, ginger, and orange zest. Montagne Bleue - Exclusive to Palais des Thés, Montagne Bleue is a gourmet, fruity blend. Its notes invoke honey, lavender, cornflower, strawberries, and rhubarb, and complement one another alongside the black tea. 7 Citrus Russian Blend - This blend of black teas with lemon, lime, sweet orange, bitter orange, grapefruit, bergamot, and mandarin, was created by Palais des Thés during its earliest years. Thé Du Hammam - Inspired by a traditional Turkish recipe, this sweet and fruity green tea evokes green dates, orange blossoms, roses, and red berries, Organic Scandinavian Detox - An organic caffeine-free herbal tea with birch, sea buckthorn, cranberry & bilberry.
The food experience begins with traditional sweet scones served with housemade clotted cream and housemade preserves.
