Wild Thing Restaurant Group (elephant+vine, Spirit Elephant) has announced the launch of the classic Chicago-style hot dog and root beer float at its fast casual concept, elephant+vine. Offered daily beginning at 11 a.m., the new menu items are available for the 4th of July holiday and through the remainder of the summer season. The Chicago-Style Hot Dog includes a plant-based hot dog, mustard, relish, onion, pickle, tomato, sport peppers and celery salt and the Root Beer Float includes IBC Root Beer and vegan ice cream.
