Eataly's Limited-Time 'Restaurant Fest' Returns for the Month of March

Available now and throughout the month of March, River North’s Eataly will celebrate its annual “Restaurant Fest” which includes limited-time programming at La Pizza & La Pasta (the market’s second-floor restaurant) and will feature Italian dishes and experiences, including twice-weekly pasta and pizza focused dinner parties, hands-on workshops, and more.

The dinner-only “Restaurant Fest” menu will include dish highlights like the freshly-made Linguine al Pesto Genovese con Stracciatella, Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi, Ravioli Freschi di Ricotta alla Nerano, and a limited-edition Cannolo dessert special with salted pistachio cream. Twice a week, Eataly will also be hosting immersive pasta and pizza dinner parties – a communal experience where guests can sample the “best of” the menu and dive deeper into the regional traditions of each dish and can be booked ahead of time through OpenTable for $30 per person. For those interested in learning the craft behind each recipe, weekly workshops (from hands-on classes to flash labs) will also be available to book.
