The Evolved Network, Chef Sebastian White’s nonprofit dedicated to providing experiential culinary arts and gardening programs for underserved youth, is hosting its annual fundraiser, Eat and Evolve 2024. The fundraiser will include drinks and tastings from Chicago chefs and restaurants, auction packages and more to benefit The Evolved Network’s mission.

Participating chefs include Sarah Stegner of Prairie Grass Cafe, Devon Quinn of Eden, Paul Kahan of One Off Hospitality, Greg Wade of Publican Quality Bread, Rob Levitt of Publican Quality Meats, Casey Doody of Boka Restaurant Group, Tigist Reda of Demera, Christian Hunter of Atelier, Lamar Moore of Bronzeville Winery, Diana Davila of  Mi Tocaya, Beverly Kim of Parachute + Anelya, Paul Virant of Petite Vie, Gaijin and Vistro Prime, D’Andre Carter and Heather Bublick of Soul & Smoke, Arshiya Farheen of Verzenay, Darnell Reed of Luella’s Southern Kitchen, and Sebastian White of The Evolved Network.

The fundraiser will take place at Eden on October 21st. VIP tickets holders will have an exclusive reception from 5pm to 5:45pm before general admission from 6pm to 9pm. Tickets can be purchased at The Evolved Network's website.
