AMK Kitchen Bar will welcome Easter celebrants for a hearty holiday brunch on Sunday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.The Bucktown eatery, located at the corner of Armitage and Damen, serves American classics with a modern twist. Chef Barney Smith's brunch menu features comfort food (chicken and waffles; stuffed french toast; corned beef hash; chilaquiles), small plates (apple salad; grilled watermelon and roasted beet salad; turducken meatballs), sandwiches (AMK burger; ultimate grilled cheese) and sides (mac-n-cheese; fried pickles; asparagus sticks).
The brunch beverage menu boasts four different types of bloody marys, along with an extensive list of craft cocktails, whiskey, bourbon and beer. Bottomless mimosas are offered for $20 per person (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
