Join Argaman&Definace designer, Lydia Crespo as she guides guests through a natural dye workshop. At this one-time only event, you’ll learn how to extract pigment from vegetables to naturally dye and decorate your holiday eggs. All students (children ages 12 and up) will make and take home half a dozen beautifully colored eggs, with all supplies provided. Guests are invited to City Mouse’s curated Easter brunch and dinner services, featuring a selection of holiday-inspired dishes from executive chef Pat Sheerin and pastry chef Angela Diaz. Available on Sunday, April 1 from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Easter brunch will feature such specials as the Lobster cakes Florentine with soft boiled eggs and creole mustard butter ($18) and off-menu Carrot Cake Old Fashioned Doughnuts ($4). Easter dinner follows from 5:30 – 11 p.m. featuring signature menu favorites, along with the special Cumin and chile dusted lamb rack ($25) with roasted spring radishes and green onions and a spectacular Carrot Fudge Cake ($9) with macadamia nuts and carrot ice cream
