The Signature Room (875 N. Michigan Ave.) is offering a brunch buffet from 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. this Easter Sunday. Executive Chef Cardel Reid kicks things off with a Starters Buffet of Truffle Chicken Tea Sandwiches, Crab Legs, Freshly Shucked Oysters, Pickled Vegetables, Seasonal Quiche, and more. The buffet also features Chef-Attended Action Stations serving Roasted Leg of Lamb and other customized selections. Entrées available to choose from include Red Velvet Pancakes, Eggs Florentine, Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin, and more. Not only that but kids can visit with the Easter bunny and enjoy special treats.
