Executive Chef Billy Caruso has created a gourmet burger, inspired by the recently retired Chicago White Sox first baseman and III Forks restaurant patron, Adam Dunn. Available on the restaurant's Bar Bites menu, the "Dunn Burger" features a 16-oz Certified Angus Beef patty, 5 year Hooks Wisconsin sharp cheddar, Raisin River slab bacon, and a side of fries for $24.95. Dining guests may add a fried egg for $2.95, and/or three ounces of seared foie gras for $19.95.
What better time to try the "Dunn Burger" than Sox season (opening day is Monday, April 6). Chef Caruso's Bar Bites menu, outlined below, is available in the lounge area or on the seasonal rooftop patio: Sunday through Thursday, 5-11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m.-midnight.
