The Daisies team offers an extensive non-alcoholic menu available all year with offerings such as housemade sodas, kombuchas, shrubs, and mocktail creations, like their Mushroom Sour. This sweet and savory sour-style drink is made with housemade mushroom syrup, which is created from lacto-fermented portobello mushroom stems, and the tops of those mushrooms are used in their Pappardelle pasta with mushroom ragu.

Casa Chi by Chef Richard Sandoval is celebrating Dry January with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Drawing inspiration from the fusion of Japanese and Latin American flavors, Casa Chi has crafted alcohol-free cocktails like the Almos Healthy, featuring Almave Blanco, hibiscus, ginger beer, and rosemary, and the Clarita, a mix of Almave Blanco, coconut cream, yuzu, aquafaba, togarashi, dry blood orange, and aromatic smoke bubbles. 

Michael Jordan's Steak House

This January, the restaurant is featuring a Dry January menu with non-alcoholic cocktails, including the Little Purple Corvette with butterfly pea flower tea, lychee, lime, and sprite, and the Hibiscus Margarita made with hibiscus tea, lime, agave, cinnamon, and rosemary. For a coffee-forward option, the Airspresso Martini combines fever tree coffee, espresso, and sugar-free vanilla.

  • Steady Pete’s Ginger Brew: Made with Seedlip Spice instead of whiskey, lemon, and ginger, this tangy combination is topped with Athletic Brewing’s Run Wild, a non-alcoholic IPA, creating a frothy beverage with a hint of spice.

At St. Charles’ The Graceful Ordinary, guests can choose from a rotating selection of mocktails, like the N/A Amaretto Sour, created by Cicerone Lauren Porto. This holiday-inspired sipper consists of Lyres Amaretti, N/A whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup, all topped with an egg white foam and garnished with a cherry. The drink has notes of sweet almonds balanced by the right amount of tart citrus. 

Truluck's Rosemont
