Columbus Tap Launching Custom Beer Advent Calendar

Leading up to Christmas, Columbus Tap at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, will celebrate each day of the holiday season with a custom ‘BeerVent’ advent calendar experience. From December 1 – 24, Columbus Tap will feature a new seasonal, small batch beer, not currently on the menu, and guests will be eligible to win prizes by trying all of the beers in order of their reveal date. A custom BeerVent calendar will be set up in Columbus Tap to reveal beers daily at 11:30 a.m. and guests will receive a passport to check off each beer as they consume it. The daily beers will also be announced on Columbus Tap’s Instagram page.

Guests with qualifying passport cards, stamped for each beer-of-the-day, will be eligible to win the following prizes:

·         Guests with 7 beer stamps by December 8 will be qualified to win a $100 Columbus Tap gift certificate 

·         Guests with 21 beer stamps by December 22 will be qualified to win a Yeti Cooler 

·         Guests with 24 beer stamps by January 5 will be qualified to win a 3 night stay and brunch at the Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego

BeerVent beer will be available through January 5, 2018 (based on availability) and guests may try all beers from December 1 through the current day on the calendar during their visit. There is no purchase necessary to be qualified to win prizes. Guests may visit Columbus Tap daily to have their passport stamped in lieu of purchasing all of the daily beers. Retroactive stamping will only be available with the purchase of a BeerVent beer and only for the beer purchased that corresponds to that day. Winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying participants on each day a prize in given out.
