Tony Gemignani is a 12 time World Pizza Champion, Chef/Owner of Tony’s Pizza Napoletana, Capo’s, Slice House, Pizza Rock, Little Tony’s and Tony’s Coalfire, and Master Instructor at the International School of Pizza.

Laura Meyer is kitchen manager and head chef at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana, winner of 2 World Titles for Cooking, and was named one of Zagat’s “Best 30 Under 30.”

Anthony Scardino, AKA Professor Pizza, studied under 12 time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, and has participated in numerous culinary events including the International Pizza Expo and the Caputo Cup.
