Dough Bros. February Pizza of the Month

Chef Matt Ayala of Cochon Volant Brasserie is debuting a new Pizza of the Month for February at Dough Bros, called the 'ParmaPig.' The pizza features White Sauce, Buffalo Mozz, Whipped Ricotta, Roasted Garlic, Shaved Parm and Prosciutto, and is available for $4 per slice or $26.95 per pie.
