On Thursday, April 7th, District Brew Yards launches its first Suds Club Founder Hour of the year, kicking off with food from Lillie's Q and beer from Burnt City Brewing. Guests can take a private tour of the brewery with head brewer, Ben Saller, and founder, Steve Soble. Afterwards, they can partake in a four-course meal, curated by chef Charlie McKenna with beer pairings. Steve and Ben will be available throughout dinner as your beer guide. The coursed dinner includes:

  • Passed: Pepperoni Meatball paired with Bone Dollars Hazy IPA
  • First: Cold Fried Chicken Salad paired with Fashionably Late Italian Pilsner
  • Main: Smoked Gyro Lamb Shank & Accoutrements paired with Raptor Snacks West Coast IPA
  • Dessert: Chocolate Dream Pie paired with Black Pit Imperial Stout

Tickets for the Suds Club Founder Hour are $75 per ticket and can be purchased via Tock.
