For those looking for a night out this holiday season, Pearl Brasserie offers a nightly prix fixe dinner menu from Chef Jason Paskewitz, to enjoy before taking in an opera at the
nearby Civic Opera House. Priced at
just $35 for 3 courses (with choices for each course), the menu leans French with options such as baked French onion soup, escargots, seared salmon, rainbow
trout, and steak frites.
From Nov 19 through Dec 10, during the run of the Georges Bizet
opera, The Pearl Fishers at The Lyric Opera of Chicago, diners who show their ticket
receive a complimentary glass of bubbles OR a trio of oysters on the half shell when they enjoy dinner at the restaurant
before the performance.
