Calling all wing worshipers! National Chicken Wing Day is set for July 29 and
six local spots will welcome those looking to celebrate through a
variety of preparations (one even requires you sign a waiver). The
various restaurants and their chicken wing offerings are outlined below.
Timothy O'Toole's Pub - Streeterville Award-winning
wings by Chef Corey Grupe include: mild; spicy; extra spicy; volcanic;
traditional buffalo; BBQ; chipotle BBQ; and garlic ginger. Wings are
served with celery and carrot sticks with the choice of ranch or bleu
cheese. In celebration of National Chicken Wing Day, an order of 10
wings will be $8 on Wednesday, July 29 (regularly $10). Orders of 20/$19; 30/$28; 50/$45. Timothy O'Toole's is open from 11 a.m.-3 a.m.
