On Monday, January 22, La Passeggiata wine dinner takes place at Dimo's Café, 4647 N. Lincoln Ave., starting at 7pm. Dimo's head chef Steve Hofstad will prepare a six-course tasting menu that pairs with Italian wines selected by Seth Wilson and Craig Perman, the proprietors and sommeliers of Le Midi Wine. The menu is as follows:

  • Cacio Pepe Chips (amuse) Sparkling: Selvagrossa “Libero,” Marche, NV
  • Branzino Crudo with Lemon & Capers White: Fosso degli Angeli “Morgia,” Sannio Greco, 2020
  • Burrata Truffle Balsamic Strawberry Pink: Istine “Rosato,” Chianti Classico, 2022
  • Cod Arracanato Orange: Agricola Cirelli “Orange,” Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, 2022
  • Chestnut Raviolo with Duck Sugo and Mushrooms Red: Cigliutti “Serraboella,” Barbera d’Alba, 2020
  • Cherry Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta Dessert: Elio Perrone “Bigaro,” Piedmont, 2022
