Depot 226 (226 W. Jackson Blvd.) has just launched a new menu. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 6 am -11 pm within the Canopy Chicago Central Loop, the restaurant’s new menu was curated by their Food & Beverage Director, Tim Letsos to feature a variety of dishes including shareables, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, entrees and more. The restaurant also offers a cocktail menu and wine list. 

On the new menu, diners will find takes on classics including their Italian Capo, an Italian Beef sandwich dressed with giardiniera, smoked provolone and a special “purgatory sauce”, served on a fresh-baked French baguette. A new Signature item is the Depot 226 Burger, an Angus Beef patty piled with caramelized onions, melty Fontina, Dijonnaise, crisp lettuce, tomatoes and savory Butter Pickles. Chef has also cooked up new additions to the entree offerings, including a Spicy Shrimp Pasta, Citrus Chilean Sea Bass, 12oz Ribeye and an Herb Roasted Salmon. 

“Chicago is one of the best destinations for truly delicious cuisine, and our new menu is no exception,” said Food & Beverage Director Tim Letsos. “We are proud to offer our guests a menu we feel is both elevated yet approachable to offer something for every diner. We look forward to welcoming city explorers and locals alike to enjoy our new dishes.” 

The restaurant also offers a beverage list including classic and craft cocktails, coffee cocktails, mocktails, wine and draft beers. Guests can take advantage of the restaurant’s happy hour program on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4-6pm with local draft beer for $7, select wines for $8 and select cocktails ranging from $10-$12.
